Our Mission
Huafengyun Art Troupe is a joyful family where newcomers and lifelong artists reconnect with culture, wellness, and friendship.

Our History
- Started in 2009 inside Metro Square as the “Happy Singers Club”
- Formally launched Huafengyun Art Troupe in Toronto in 2014
- Registered as an Ontario non-profit in 2016 with vocal, dance, and instrumental teams
- Now counts 260+ members with new chapters in Richmond Hill and Scarborough
Community Impact
- 40+ performances hosted between 2018 and 2019
- Annual socials, lectures, and outings reaching 2,300+ attendees
- Kept virtual rehearsals going during the pandemic while donating supplies
Awards & Recognition
- Featured three years in a row on Fairchild TV’s Spring Festival Gala
- Honored by MPs/MPPs plus the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal
- Regularly brings music to senior homes across the GTA
